**COVID 19 UPDATE** Due to the current pandemic we are not accepting returns as we can not regulate how product has been handled once out of our hands. We want to keep our customers safe and healthy and will update here when we can accept returns again. Free shipping to the United States on all orders over $25!
      Priority Mail with insurance $6.50
      First Class via USPS for orders under $25: $3
      UPS Ground $10
      UPS 2 Day $25

     *Bugaboo, Clek, Banwood, and Milton & Goose are not available for UPS 2 day shipping. Please email us for a quote.

Free shipping to Canada on all orders over $200.
For all orders to Canada under $200:
     Flat rate First Class Canada $10 (limited tracking)
     Priority Canada with tracking $25

Free international shipping on all orders over $300.
For all international orders under $300:
     Flat rate First Class $15 (limited tracking)
     Priority International with tracking $35

Duties, tariffs and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are not shipped until payment has been cleared.

Once shipped, Starship for Littles is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Depending on the carrier your order was shipped with, please contact USPS, FedEx or UPS with any questions on lost or damaged packages. If your order is refused, a refund cannot be processed. Please send us an email with any questions.

Orders cannot be cancelled after one hour of placing the order as we process and ship quickly. Most orders will ship within 24 hours from receipt.

RETURNS:
In the case of a return, please send customer service an email for a return authorization number within seven days from date of delivery. Returns will be refunded in form of store credit upon receipt minus shipping charges if applicable. Please note, strollers and accessories, homewares, swimsuits, head wear, jewelry, special orders, sale items and purchases made with a discount over 20% cannot be returned. All returns must be in the original condition including packaging, tags attached, unworn and unwashed. The customer is responsible for return shipping and all refunds are at our sole discretion.

EXCHANGES:
We offer free exchanges on clothing and shoes, please email customer service within 7 days of delivery.

SALES TAX:
Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders shipping to Texas.


GIFT CARDS:
Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash and are final sale. Starship for Littles is not responsible for lost gift cards.

PRIVACY POLICY:
Starship for Littles will not disclose your personal information to any organizations or individuals except when required by law. We only use your personal information to fulfill your order or communicate with you directly.
